ProLine Balls – Warranty & Returns
At ProLine Balls, we build training balls to perform under serious, high-volume training. We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident using them.
6-Month Limited Performance Warranty
All ProLine training balls are backed by a 6-month limited performance warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects under normal training use
-
Premature cracking, seam separation, or core failure
What’s Not Covered:
-
Normal wear and cosmetic fading
-
Damage from improper pitching machine use
-
Cuts, punctures, or abuse
-
Extreme heat or improper storage
Return Requirement:
We ask that affected balls be shipped back to us for inspection. Evaluating returned products helps us learn from real-world use and continually improve durability and performance.
How to File a Warranty Claim:

Proof of purchase or order number

Quantity of balls affected

Photos showing the issue

Brief description of how the balls were used
We’ll review your claim and provide a return label if the replacement is approved.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Original purchaser’s full name is required for verification

Used items or opened boxes (plastic removed) are not eligible unless approved in advance
Unauthorized Returns:
Products returned without approval may result in a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return:
Email david@prolineballs.com. We’ll provide a return label and instructions. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues:
Inspect your order when it arrives. If items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first, then place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
